About me
I am an integrative counsellor based in Thame, Oxfordshire, with a strong commitment to helping people heal and grow. My approach is rooted in the Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) model, which places your needs, feelings, and goals at the heart of the therapeutic process. I also incorporate additional approaches, depending on what resonates with you.
I have been studying for a Level 5 Counselling and Psychotherapy qualification for the past five years, continually expanding my knowledge to offer the best possible support to my clients. I am fully DBS-checked, hold a Channel Certificate, and have completed CPD training in Insomnia Sleep Issues, ensuring I am well-equipped to support a wide range of concerns.
I am a member of the NCPS and have an enhanced DBS, along with insurance.
While I specialise in individual counselling for children (12+) and adults, I do not offer family or couple therapy at this time. My approach is based on your unique experiences, and together, we will work to find the most beneficial path for you.
